Terms of Use & Data Licensing Guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Cloud GPU Rating (cloudgpurating.com) or using our developer REST API endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Benchmarks and Pricing Data

The rates, hardware metrics, cluster network topologies, and datacenter availability published across Cloud GPU Rating are compiled from direct hardware testing, active cluster monitoring, and publicly verified provider rate cards. However:

  • Spot market prices, spot bidding thresholds, and preemptible availability change dynamically according to real-time supply and demand.
  • Actual workload performance depends on CUDA driver versions, software stacks, network congestion, and tensor parallelism configurations.
  • Published data does not constitute financial, contractual, or procurement advice. Always confirm exact on-demand or reservation pricing directly with the respective cloud provider.

3. API Usage Policy

Programmatic access to /api/v1/providers requires a valid API key generated through the platform. Users must not:

  • Exceed reasonable rate limits or attempt distributed denial-of-service against API endpoints.
  • Sub-license, resell, or redistribute the raw API feed without prior written consent from Cloud GPU Rating.
  • Reverse-engineer or compromise API authentication mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property & Citations

All original benchmark analyses, field guides, comparison methodologies, and editorial articles are copyrighted by Cloud GPU Rating. Academic, research, and technical citations are permitted provided proper attribution is given with a hyperlink to the source URL (e.g. Source: Cloud GPU Rating Benchmark Index (2026)). Product names, trademarks, and logos (e.g. NVIDIA H100, AMD MI300X, AWS, Azure, CoreWeave) remain property of their respective owners.

5. Provider Corrections and Contact

If you represent a cloud compute provider and notice a discrepancy in your hardware specifications, fabric speed, or pricing tiers, please submit an official update via our contact page or email [email protected] with verified documentation links.
